Our annual Transition Retreat is NOT a vacation or just a getaway, it is designed to help young adults living with Sickle Cell Disease navigate adulthood and live more meaningful lives. There will be some fun activities, group discussions, educational sessions, and some time to socialize. You are adults and are expected to act accordingly, this is NOT camp.
