These organizations are deeply rooted in the areas they serve, possessing intimate knowledge of warrior needs and challenges. Working together also ensures that efforts are more inclusive and accessible, helping to bridge gaps in services, resources, and opportunities. The Association of Sickle Cell Lower Chattahoochee Region promotes awareness of sickle cell disease, educates the community about the effects of the disease, promotes sickle cell testing, acts as a referral service for the community resources, and ensure that sickle cell clients live a better quality of life.  For about a decade, the MTS Sickle Cell Foundation has been dedicated to empowering, educating, and supporting individuals living with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD). Our mission is simple: to make a lasting impact by providing the resources, advocacy, and direct support needed to improve the lives of warriors and their families. Learn more

Tapestry Connections was birthed out of the fact that no one person is only in this world.
