State of SCD Virtual Town Hall

The Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia, Inc. invites patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, advocates, community leaders, researchers, and industry partners to join us for “The State of Sickle Cell,” a timely virtual town hall examining the progress, challenges, and emerging opportunities shaping the future of sickle cell care.

Sickle cell disease continues to affect thousands of individuals and families across Georgia, creating medical, financial, emotional, and social challenges that extend far beyond the clinical setting. At the same time, advancements in research, treatment, patient support, and advocacy are creating new possibilities for people living with the disease. This town hall will bring key voices together to provide clear information, address community concerns, and help patients and families better understand the changing sickle cell landscape.
